While tips are never required and at your discretion, they are certainly appreciated and are a great way to show your cleaner your satisfaction with their work. You can leave a cash tip, or include it as part of your payment. You can log back into your account 24 hours after your appointment and select the tip option.

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, at least 24 hours before your appointment and confirmed letter to cancel. If you do not cancel before 5 pm the day before, then; you will be charged a cancellation fee.

The platform is intended for access and use by users of legal age in their respective states or provinces. By accessing and using the Platform, you represent, warrant, and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, have been released a minor, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Users here guarantee that they are at least 13 years old without exception. The platform is not intended for access or use by children under the age of 13.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL OF ITS CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THE COMPANY HEREBY INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM THE WARRANTY. THE COMPANY EXPLICITLY DENIES (I) THE PLATFORM MEETS YOUR REQUIREMENTS. (II) ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, AND ERROR-FREE. (III) ALL INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH OR FROM THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. (IV) THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIALS PURCHASED OR ACQUIRED BY YOU THROUGH THE SITE IS ANY EXPECTATION. (V) INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED TO THIRD PARTIES. OR (VI) DATA OR SOFTWARE ERRORS ARE CORRECTED.

Ownership All Platform content, including any content User, may provide to the website, is protected under international law and is owned by Company or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by Company and its licensors.
Limited LicenseThe Company hereby gives you limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable rights to use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only, and always by the terms of this Agreement. TerminationAny rights granted to User under the section shall immediately terminate upon User's breach of the terms of this Agreement.

General User agrees to act responsibly. Users will be able to schedule cleaning services appointments through the Platform and will receive confirmation of the appointment bookings.
RegistrationTo use certain features of the Platform, the User may be asked to register with the Platform. User agrees: (i) to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information (User Information) about itself as prompted by any registration form; and (ii) to maintain and promptly update its User Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that User Information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Platform (or any portion thereof). Users may be required to select a username (E.G., the User`s email address) and password when completing the registration process. The user is solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its username and password and is solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under its username and password.
